With over 35 that I personally trained to go on and play at the D1 and D2 level. I coached at the top organizations in Northern California and ran camps with Olympic Softball Player (Jazmyn Jackson).

I personally played the game for almost 20 years. During this time I was a 5x State Champion, 4x Western Regional Champion. I also had two top ten finishes in the Nation.

Jen Tibbits

With 26 years of experience teaching middle school mathematics, including the past eight in Horry County Schools, I have dedicated my career to both education and athletics. As a former collegiate softball pitcher, I have been coaching since 1998, specializing in fastpitch pitching instruction. My coaching experience spans multiple levels, including youth, high school varsity, and college showcase teams.

I served as an assistant coach at St. James High School, helping lead the team to four consecutive region titles, two district championships, and multiple state playoff appearances while coaching pitchers who earned Region Pitcher of the Year and All-State Team honors. Currently, I am an assistant coach for the Carolina Elite college showcase team, guiding high school athletes toward collegiate opportunities. Previously, I was the varsity head coach at Cowanesque Valley High School and Loyalsock Township High School in Pennsylvania, where I led teams to a 2003 District IV Class A Championship and two Northern Tier League titles. That same year, I was recognized as the Star-Gazette Coach of the Year and named one of Sun-Gazette’s Top Coaches of the Year.

Beyond coaching, I have worked closely with student-athletes, parents, and administrators to foster a positive, growth-oriented environment. I have organized fundraisers for softball programs, assisted athletic directors, and served as a game manager for various sports events. My passion lies in mentoring young athletes, developing their skills, mindset, and work ethic, and inspiring them to reach their full potential both on the field and in the classroom.
